I don't want to come off like a b*tch, but if you are missing an after of hanging out with a friend you haven't seen for about a month to spend time with your mom, I am totally ok with that.

But if you're willing to do that, why can you not understand that I haven't seen my mom for 6 months and spending an extra day with her is a big deal to me? Is attending an anniversary service for a church you no longer go to more important?
