Only by God's Grace
It was finalized today that I will be having a school term this semester --which is ok. So I went to go put all the important dates into my day timer and did I get a surprise of a life time.
So what gave me a mini heart attack is that the week before I leave I have 2 projects due, 2 presentations, 1 paper and 1 midterm. And when I get back I have 1 take home midterm due the day after I land and another midterm the day after that.
Fyi if you didnt know: I am interning with Power to Change for UK Project, so I will be going to Scotland Feb 16-26.

Wilora Lake-- All the Bright Lights
Looks like it's time to start doing my readings.
So here is one of my all time favourite study music bands.
And this may be my favourite study song!

"Go to dance and end up sharing the Gospel...say what?!?"
So that's what Elisa left me on Facebook yesterday and that just about sums up my story. But I shall elaborate...
Last night, three of my friends and I went to try out a dance class with a club at the university. For the dances you couldn't just dance with the person you came with--you had to keep rotating around the circle (just like in high school...).
There was this girl who ended up dancing with my friend and they got chatting. As they were talking this older guy (probs in his 50s) who had been hitting on her all night comes over, takes her phone and calls himself with it. She's a new grad student from China who's only been here for 2 weeks and she was completely freaked out. So we told her we'd leave with her even though the class wasn't over yet and walk her back to her res.
When we got there, in a very Chinese student fashion, she invites us in for a tour of her place and to meet her roommates. In her apartment, we got talking about how we are in a club called Power to Change. She then asked me if we were Christians and what do we believed. I was so close in just saying "Jesus" and leaving it at that, but God had provided me such an amazing opportunity to share the gospel with her.
So by the grace of God, I had the chance to share the entire gospel with her. She was very receptive and we are meeting up tomorrow to just hang out and talk.

So if you do so desire, a prayer for Claire would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
